Contact me on any of the platforms provided and send me a private message with the folowing information:
- Your social media links (Won't share if asked beforehand)
- Drawing style
- Body frame (bust, half, full)
- Character's name and personality
- Reference images
- Background (y/n)
- Other info you'd like to add

Commission Prices

General Terms

- Please write in a clear and polite manner.
- Provide neat references.
- Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
- Follow the rules provided in the commission sheet or YCH/Adoptable posts.
- If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

Payment

- The payment must be made through PayPal, all fees covered by me, the artist.
- The accepted currency is EURO (€).
- All commissions must be paid fully upfront if below 150€
- If the commission’s price is above 150€ and below 300€ the client may choose between a payment plan or use the 50% / 50% method.*

**Process **

- The work in progress will always be given to the commissioner (unless requested otherwise or if the commission is in an artistic freedom category).- The commissioner may ask for the work in progress at any time (unless the commission is in an artistic freedom category).- The client has the right to at least 4 free revisions (the number can change depending on the complexity of the commission or what the artist deems necessary). You shall be warned before you pass the limit.- Your commission can take from 1 week to 3 months to be completed, but can take longer if affected by outside factors such as: Health, commission order, complexity, work, or family issues.- If any of the things stated above occur you will be notified as soon as possible.- You have the right to cancel and be refunded according to the canceling/refunding rules.

Customer satisfaction

- In the first preview stage any changes can and will be made.- After a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made.
(Such as colouring/correcting any mistake on my part.)- For big changes, such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely you will be charged extra.- If you don’t voice any major changes in the first preview stages, then you are not allowed to make major changes without a fee.- Make sure to be clear when ordering what you have in mind, my goal is always to make the best commission for you!

Canceling/refunding policy

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.- Cancellation is always available before payment.
- Full refunds are always available before the first progress update.
- Refunds are not available after the final product is delivered.
- If a commission is canceled for any reason there will be a refund of the money minus the amount for which work that has already been done.

**Copyright / Usage policy **

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself within any place or site.
- Publish books with.
- To display it anywhere to my liking.
- Post it wherever I want.

The commissioner is allowed to:

- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
- Print the art, and claim the right to their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement rules in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off of it in any way)- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.- Removing any watermarks/signatures.- Altering the artwork significantly without my, the artist´s, consent.

Commercial rights

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.- With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork, use it in books, covers, props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand.
- Credits are still required for usage of the artwork, ever if altered or edited.PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 50% FEE

Adoptables

If you purchase an adoptable/design from me:- Full payment needs to be sent within maximum 48 hours after confirmation. Otherwise the adopt will be back on sale.
- Once the payment has been sent, I will give you an unwatermarked and high definition version of the adoptable.
- Please credit me the first time you/someone draws them, after that it is only optional. However, please do not claim that you made the design.
- I don't refund payment after the adoptable has been purchased.
- You may gift or trade the design (but please tell me who’s the new owner).
- You can sell the adopt for less or the same price you bought it for (extra art not included).
- For commercial purposes you may use my designs as long as you credited me as the creator with a link to my page, but always warn me beforehand.

Payment Plan

**Payment plans are available for pieces above 150€. All payment intervals will be performed via Paypal Invoice. **- Payment plans for projects above 150€ involve:-Upfront payment of 70% of the total price.
-The rest may be paid within 1 month.- Payment plans for projects above 300€ involve:
-Upfront payment of 40% of the total price.
-The rest may be paid within 2 months.
- Payment plans for projects above $600 involve:-Upfront payment of 30% of the total price.
-The rest may be paid within 4 months.
